Clean Room Sandwich Panel is a high-performance composite panel specifically engineered for ultra-clean environments such as pharmaceutical labs, semiconductor factories, hospitals, and food processing facilities. It consists of a core material (rock wool, aluminum honeycomb, or polyurethane) sandwiched between two premium metal/PVC skins, offering seamless surfaces, antibacterial properties, and strict compliance with international cleanliness standards (e.g., ISO 14644-1 Class 5-8).

Production Process------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Raw Material Selection:
* Basalt rock (SiO₂≥45%, Al₂O₃≥14%) + slag (≥70% recycled)
2. Fiber Production:
* Electric furnace melting (1,500-1,600°C) → Four-roller centrifugal spinning (7,200rpm) → Fiber diameter 4-7μm
3. Curing Process:
* Phenolic resin spraying (formaldehyde emission ≤0.05ppm, EN 717-1) → Curing oven at 230°C
4. Lamination:
* Steel plate pretreatment (degreasing → phosphating → nano-ceramic coating) → Continuous hot pressing (1.2MPa, 180°C)
5. Quality Control:
* Online X-ray inspection (void detection) → Laser thickness gauge (±0.1mm accuracy) → Batch fire performance testing
